Role Overview
Lead cabinet integration operations for DCS and PLC systems, including design, assembly, wiring, testing, customer acceptance, and dispatch.
The role requires full-time presence on integration and staging floors and flexibility to travel as required.
Integration Delivery
- Lead end-to-end cabinet integration from Kick-Off Meeting through assembly, testing, customer acceptance, and final dispatch.
- Manage integration floor operations and supervise cabinet supervisors, technicians, stores personnel, and integration vendors.
- Supervise cabinet manufacturing, assembly, and integration for PLC, DCS, marshalling, network, server, IRP, PDB, LV, and VFD systems.
Engineering and Planning
- Review cabinet drawings, wiring schematics, loop diagrams, BOMs, and material requisitions for compliance.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, supply chain, and project teams to secure deliverables and materials.
- Plan production activities, resource allocation, project progress, dashboards, and stakeholder updates.
Testing and Quality
- Oversee in-process inspections, QC checks, Pre-FAT, FAT, Megger, HV, and insulation resistance testing.
