Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the preparation and finalization of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements within reporting deadlines.
  • Manage statutory, internal, and external audits while maintaining strong relationships with auditors.
  • Oversee banking operations, fund management, cash flow planning, bank reconciliations, and financial documentation.
  • Ensure accurate and timely filing of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax returns and compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses while monitoring costs and profitability.
  • Review general ledger entries, account reconciliations, and internal financial controls.
  • Generate MIS reports and provide financial insights to support management decision making.
  • Coordinate with cross functional teams to improve financial processes and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and UAE financial regulations.
  • Support senior management in financial planning, risk assessment, and business performance analysis.
