About the Role
Anchor Allied Factory LLC is looking for a Deputy Accounts Manager (CA) to lead financial statement preparation, manage audits, oversee banking operations, and ensure VAT and Corporate Tax compliance.

Responsibilities
- Lead the preparation and finalization of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements within reporting deadlines
- Manage statutory, internal, and external audits while maintaining strong relationships with auditors
- Oversee banking operations, fund management, cash flow planning, bank reconciliations, and financial documentation
- Ensure accurate and timely filing of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax returns and compliance with applicable regulations
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses while monitoring costs and profitability
- Review general ledger entries, account reconciliations, and internal financial controls
- Generate MIS reports and provide financial insights to support management decision making
- Coordinate with cross functional teams to improve financial processes and operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and UAE financial regulations
- Support senior management in financial planning, risk assessment, and business performance analysis
Requirements
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification
- Experience in financial statement preparation and finalization
- Knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax regulations
- Experience with statutory, internal, and external audits
- Strong understanding of accounting standards and financial controls
