Aurizon seeks a Depot Support Officer for its Coppabella depot to support the Regional Operations Manager and team. Duties include administration, scheduling, document management, SAP, purchasing, and vehicle management.

Responsibilities
- Day to day administration
- Scheduling of meetings, note taking of meeting minutes
- Document management including archiving and file management
- Purchasing (creating orders, invoicing, goods receipting)
- Credit card reconciliation and travel bookings
- Leave Management
- Vehicle Management and coordination of maintenance activities
Requirements
- Values driven with strong bias toward action and can do attitude
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- SAP experience an advantage but not essential
