State Street Trustee and Depositary Services provides trustee and depositary services to UCITS funds and authorized and unauthorized alternative investment funds.
The business has experienced significant growth and continues to evolve with regulatory and business opportunities.
Role Overview
Support the Depositary Operations Manager in delivering operational services, improving the Operations Team cost profile, and meeting customer service and information standards.
Deputize for the Depositary Operations Manager when appropriate.
Core Responsibilities
- Support due diligence, CASS, UK-regulated, and private equity real estate operational activities.
- Participate in client interactions, service reviews, and meetings with operational staff and management.
- Build sustainable client relationships and provide technical or regulatory support.
- Mitigate operational risk and ensure compliance with applicable regulations and corporate standards.
- Support business transformation, regulatory change implementation, and related control and procedure updates.
- Oversee breach correspondence, due diligence reviews, oversight reports, and relevant internal committees.
- Support outsourcing and third-party vendor engagements as required.
