About the Role
Aurem is hiring a Deployment Strategist to lead strategic implementations of its AI-native platform for the retirement and wealth industry. You will drive client deployments from scoping to go-live, shape product with clients, and manage cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
- Lead strategic deployments from scoping to go live, engaging with client execs, product teams, and operations leaders
- Shape product from the field, working with engineering and design to tailor platform to client workflows
- Define success by understanding business, regulatory, and operational constraints
- Drive change by designing modular rollout strategies that minimize risk and accelerate time to value
- Operate as a partner, challenging client thinking and aligning stakeholders
Requirements
- 5–10+ years experience in consulting, strategy, fintech, or enterprise deployment
- Deep analytical and first principles problem solving skills
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management
- Comfort navigating ambiguity, complexity, and rapid scale
- An instinct for systems thinking, user needs, and product design
- Experience with financial services (retirement, wealth, or insurance) is a strong advantage
