Responsibilities
- Own end to end deployment for one or more enterprise clients across a structured lifecycle
- Own the business outcome of each deployment including adoption, value realized, and expansion case
- Serve as primary point of contact for client operational and technical stakeholders
- Shape how clients define success including evaluation criteria and acceptance thresholds
- Define and run deployment cadence from kickoff to regular check ins and user onboarding
- Work with customers to identify and map their AI use cases
- Build and deliver demos for client stakeholders focused on desired business outcomes
- Translate client feedback into platform improvements with Product and Engineering
- Improve the function by building playbooks, templates, and standards
Requirements
- 5+ years in product management, management or strategy consulting, program management, or adjacent role coordinating technical delivery
- Comfortable holding the room with technical and non technical audiences
- Prior exposure to agentic systems, AI platforms or enterprise SaaS is a plus

The Role
- As ai71 scales, Deployment Strategists own the gap between signed contract and working deployment.
- You sit inside the deployment strategy team, embedded with enterprise customers from discovery to steady state adoption.
- This is hands on and customer facing, not a customer success or professional services function.
