Deployed Engineers are customer-facing technical experts who help customers maximize the value of Devin and Windsurf.
The role combines hands-on technical work, customer partnership, and rapid execution across production deployments, pilots, integrations, and adoption.
In This Role, You Will
- Own all technical aspects of the customer lifecycle from deployment through activation.
- Understand customer engineering workflows and identify high-impact use cases for Devin and Windsurf.
- Build relationships with engineering teams to ensure smooth product integration and adoption.
- Activate top users and drive product utilization.
- Implement requested features and advocate for customer needs with the broader team.
- Use product instincts and customer feedback to help set the roadmap.

Requirements
- Strong engineering foundation from a rigorous technical environment.

- Self-directed ability to prioritize without requiring managerial direction.
- Strong communication skills with senior engineers and executives.
- High tolerance for ambiguity, intensity, and sustained effort.
- Willingness to travel across MENA 50% of the time.
Additional Experience
- Advanced ability in at least one modern programming language, such as Python or TypeScript.
- Experience writing and debugging real software systems.
- Interest in working directly with users on high-impact technical problems.
- Ability to learn quickly in challenging, real-world environments.
- Experience at an early-stage startup or in a role requiring work beyond the formal job description.
Travel
- The role requires travel across the MENA region 50% of the time.
