Responsibilities
- Be open to learning and developing skills according to the company's methods, procedures, and quality standards
- Fabricate ceramic restorations including crowns, bridges, veneers, inlays, onlays, and implant restorations
- Perform layering, staining, and glazing to achieve natural aesthetics and accurate occlusion
- Ensure precise shade matching using photographs, shade guides, and case documentation
- Collaborate with the dental lab team to ensure timely and excellent results
- Maintain consistency in contours, contacts, and occlusion across all restorations
- Manage workload effectively to meet production timelines
- Follow laboratory protocols and material guidelines to maintain consistent quality
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Dental Technician
- DHA License preferred
- Basic knowledge of ceramic materials, layering techniques, and modern workflows
- Good aesthetic sense with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple cases
- Good communication and teamwork skills
