- Provide timely follow up on opportunities and customer inquiries
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate order processing, delivery, and post sale support
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities and market feedback in CRM or reporting tools
- Stay current on dental industry trends, competitor offerings, and product updates
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in dental, medical, or healthcare related products
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with dental professionals
- Solid organizational and time management skills
- Comfort with using digital tools and basic office software (e.g., CRM, email, spreadsheets)
- Knowledge of the dental market in Riyadh or the broader region is an advantage
- Ability to work on site in Riyadh and travel locally for client visits

Role Description
- The Dental Sales Representative role at Modern Digital Company is a full time, on site position based in Riyadh.
- Responsible for promoting and selling dental products and solutions to clinics, hospitals, and dental professionals, building long term relationships and driving revenue growth.
Day to Day Activities
- Identifying and qualifying new leads, scheduling and conducting sales visits and product demonstrations.
- Providing timely follow up on opportunities and customer inquiries.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure accurate order processing, delivery, and post sale support.
- Maintaining detailed records of sales activities and market feedback in the company’s CRM or reporting tools.
- Staying current on dental industry trends, competitor offerings, and product updates.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in dental, medical, or healthcare related products, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical or clinical concepts in clear, accessible language.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with dental professionals and key decision makers.
- Solid organizational and time management skills, including managing a sales pipeline, prioritizing visits, and maintaining accurate records.
