Role Overview

Location and Schedule

• The role is based in Umm Suqeim 1, Dubai, with flexibility across branches.
• The work schedule is six days a week.
• Work location is in person.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist general dentists and dental specialists during procedures.
• Prepare and maintain the dental operatory before, during, and after treatments.
• Follow infection control and sterilization protocols.
• Assist with restorative, surgical, and specialist chairside procedures.
• Manage instruments, materials, and clinical inventory.
• Support patient comfort, education, and chairside communication.
• Coordinate with dentists, nurses, and front-office teams.
• Work across clinic locations when required.

Required Qualifications

• DHA-licensed Registered Nurse with mandatory dental experience.
• At least 3 years of dental assisting experience with general dentists and specialists.
• Fluent in Tagalog.
• Strong understanding of dental procedures, materials, and instruments.
• Professional, reliable, and patient-focused approach.
• Willingness to work six days a week and rotate between locations.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in a multi-doctor or chain clinic environment is preferred.
