- Handle patient inquiries in person, via phone, or email
- Maintain patient records and ensure accurate data entry
- Assist with billing, insurance coordination, or documentation (if required)
- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure efficient patient flow
Requirements
- Own visa is a must
- Mandatory experience in medical or dental reception (hotel experience will not be considered)
- Proven experience as a medical or dental receptionist
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Familiarity with clinic management systems is a plus
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast paced environment
- Professional appearance and attitude

Job Summary
- The Medical/Dental Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, patients, and staff. This role requires excellent communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to manage front desk operations efficiently to support smooth clinic operations.
