Dental Office Manager

• $75,000–$125,000 base salary, depending on experience
• Monthly performance bonuses

• Direct collaboration with Doctors and a Regional Manager

You'll own the day-to-day rhythm of the office — keeping operations smooth, your team motivated, and patients (and their parents) coming back happy.

• Lead daily operations: scheduling, billing, and patient flow
• Present and secure financial treatment plan acceptance
• Hit monthly production and collection targets; grow revenue year over year
• Develop office policies that keep things running efficiently
• Coach, schedule, and energize your team
• Resolve patient concerns quickly and professionally
• Ensure full OSHA and HIPAA compliance

• 2+ years as a Dental Office Manager (GP or Pediatrics & Ortho)
• Strong knowledge of dental billing, PPO/HMO insurance plans, and Denti-Cal
• Familiarity with electronic billing and financing options (CareCredit, HFD)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, kid-friendly environment
• Availability for some Saturdays

Nice to Have

• Experience with Dentrix Ascend

Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Saturdays: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
