About Us

Key Candidate Requirements

• **Experience:** Minimum of 3–5 years of hands-on experience as a Dental Lab Technician, with a proven and verifiable track record of producing high-end, lifelike veneer restorations.
• **Technical Expertise:** Exceptional, deep-rooted knowledge of ceramic layering, staining, glazing, and finishing for E.max, zirconia, and feldspathic veneers.
• **Digital Workflow:** Strong proficiency in modern dental CAD/CAM systems (e.g., exocad, 3Shape) for digital smile design and milling workflows is highly advantageous.
• **Licensing:** While a DOH Abu Dhabi technician license/eligibility is preferred, highly skilled candidates capable of obtaining licensure will be strongly considered.
• **Artistic Eye:** Exceptional attention to detail, shape, morphology, and color matching to mimic natural dentition seamlessly.
• **Language Skills:** Good communication skills in English to collaborate effectively with our clinical dentists.

Primary Responsibilities

• Fabricate premium-quality porcelain veneers, ultra-thin veneers, inlays, onlays, and anterior crowns with meticulous attention to margins, anatomy, and occlusion.
• Execute precise manual ceramic layering, custom characterization, internal staining, and advanced glazing techniques to achieve superior lifelike aesthetics.
• Collaborate closely with our General and Specialist Dentists on complex cosmetic cases, ensuring precise shade matching, smile design execution, and patient satisfaction.
• Pour models, articulate cases, and manage both traditional analog workflows and modern digital CAD/CAM design outputs.
• Quality-check all fabrications to eliminate defects before they reach the clinic floor, minimizing chairside adjustments.
• Maintain laboratory equipment, manage inventory for lab consumables, and ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and sterilization protocols.
