- Review dental treatment plans and accurately assign applicable dental procedure codes
- Prepare, submit, and track insurance claims through relevant insurance portals
- Verify patient insurance eligibility, benefits, and coverage limits
- Coordinate with dentists and front office staff to ensure proper documentation for claim approval
- Follow up on pending, rejected, and partially approved claims
- Analyze claim denials and prepare resubmissions with supporting documentation
- Maintain accurate records of insurance submissions, approvals, and payments
- Ensure compliance with DHA regulations and UAE insurance requirements
- Stay updated on coding changes, insurance policies, and payer guidelines
- Assist in insurance audits and reconciliation of insurance payments
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in dental insurance coding and claims processing in Dubai
- Strong knowledge of UAE dental procedure codes and insurance billing practices
- Experience dealing with major UAE insurance providers and TPAs
- Familiarity with DHA regulations and electronic claim submission systems
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and problem solving skills
- Proficiency in dental practice management software and Microsoft Office

Job Summary

Preferred Qualifications
