Position Summary
Demolition Project Manager responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing demolition projects in oil and gas, industrial, or heavy construction sectors.
The role oversees alignment with client requirements, regulatory standards, and company safety and quality benchmarks.
The position includes deployment of heavy lifting, heavy transport, and earth-moving rental equipment.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 15,000 to AED 20,000 per month.
Employment and Workplace
- Employment type is full-time.
- Work location is in person in Abu Dhabi, UAE, at ICAD 3.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and manage demolition projects from mobilization through site handover.
- Coordinate cranes, transporters, excavators, and earth-moving machinery with project timelines.
- Develop and enforce HSE protocols under ADNOC and UAE regulatory standards.
- Manage client, subcontractor, and internal-team coordination for scope, budget, and schedule.
