- Experience in producing display cakes and premium dessert presentations

Job Overview
- We are looking for a talented and passionate Demi Chef de Partie (DCDP) – Pastry to join our team at Al Qana, Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee pastry production and ensure consistency across all concepts and venues.
- Maintain high standards in the preparation and presentation of display cakes and desserts.
- Prepare a variety of pastries and desserts, including: Display Cakes, French Pastries & Desserts, Arabic Sweets (Baklava, Maamoul, etc.), Spoon Desserts, Mini Portions and Petit Fours.
- Ensure quality, hygiene, and standardization in all pastry operations.
- Work closely with the Executive Chef to develop and maintain exceptional dessert offerings.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Demi Chef de Partie – Pastry or in a similar role.
- Strong expertise in French pastries and Arabic sweets.
- Experience in producing display cakes and premium dessert presentations.
- Passion for creativity, consistency, and attention to detail.
Pay
- AED 4,500.00 AED 5,000.00 per month.
