**Atrangi by Ritu Dalmia** located in Jumeirah Al Qasr, a MICHELIN Guide-Selected.
Time Out Dubai Award-winning, and Gault & Millau listed fine dining restaurant.
We are looking for a DCDP Chef (Curry section) minimum of 4 years' experience in a Michelin recognized restaurant or an upscale 5-star hotel.
Deep understanding of curries, spices and gravies.
Good communication skills is a must as well as a strict adherence to Food Hygiene & Safety.
Qualifications: A degree in Hotel Management/ Culinary arts is preferred.
