- Prepare ingredients according to production schedules and standardized recipes
- Cook and assemble meals accurately according to calorie controlled meal plans
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, portion size, and quality
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene and sanitation
- Monitor food temperatures during preparation, cooking, cooling, and storage
- Minimize food waste through proper handling, storage, and stock rotation
- Assist with inventory control and stock counts
- Train and guide Commis Chefs when delegated
Requirements
- Experience in a high volume meal plan or central production kitchen
- Knowledge of food hygiene and sanitation in accordance with HACCP and UAE Municipality regulations

Overview
- We are seeking a skilled and motivated Demi Chef de Partie with experience in a high volume meal plan or central production kitchen.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients according to production schedules and standardized recipes.
- Cook and assemble meals accurately according to calorie controlled meal plans.
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, portion size, and quality.
- Follow daily production plans and complete assigned meal quantities on time.
- Assist the Chef de Partie in managing daily kitchen operations.
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene and sanitation in accordance with HACCP and UAE Municipality regulations.
- Monitor food temperatures during preparation, cooking, cooling, and storage.
- Ensure correct portioning using approved weighing scales and measuring equipment.
- Minimize food waste through proper handling, storage, and stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO).
- Report equipment malfunctions, food quality issues, and stock shortages promptly.
- Support inventory control by accurately recording ingredient usage and assisting with stock counts.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout the shift.
