About the Role
Join a culinary team as a Demi Chef supporting food preparation, senior chefs, and daily kitchen operations.
The role emphasizes healthy food concepts, modern dining trends, consistency, and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes.
- Follow recipes and guidelines to maintain consistent quality, including healthy food offerings.
- Support the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.
- Contribute health-conscious ideas to menu development.
- Monitor stock, report shortages, store ingredients properly, and support smooth peak-hour service.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Demi Chef or Commis Chef in Qatar restaurants.
- Healthy food background is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food hygiene and safety practices.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for cooking, attention to detail, teamwork, positivity, and willingness to learn.
