This is an exciting opportunity for a current Hamilton Island team member to develop their craft within a premium kitchen environment where quality, presentation and attention to detail are at the heart of every service.

You'll work as part of the qualia kitchen brigade, supporting your section through preparation and service while developing greater confidence and responsibility within the kitchen.

You'll be expected to maintain the quality, consistency and presentation standards of a premium dining environment, work efficiently during service and support the wider brigade while continuing to learn from the experienced chefs around you.

Current Hamilton Island employee with previous commercial kitchen experience

Experience at Commis Chef level or above

Strong foundation in food preparation, cooking and kitchen operations

A genuine interest in premium dining and developing your culinary skills

Ability to work efficiently and maintain quality during busy service

Strong teamwork, organisation and attention to detail

A positive attitude and genuine desire to progress your culinary career
