We're looking for a Demand Planner & Supply Chain Analyst to play a key role in delivering strong forecasting, inventory optimisation and supply chain performance outcomes across Australia and New Zealand.
In this highly visible role, reporting to Manager, Supply Chain, you'll partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Logistics and Global Supply teams to ensure product availability, improve forecast accuracy and drive continuous improvement initiatives that support business growth.

To be successful in this role, your background will include:
3+ years' experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Planning or Supply Chain Analytics.

Strong analytical capability with experience translating complex data into meaningful business insights and recommendations.
Advanced Excel skills and experience working with SAP or similar ERP planning systems.
Sound understanding of demand planning, inventory management, forecasting and supply chain performance metrics.
Proven ability to build stakeholder relationships, influence outcomes and work effectively across cross-functional teams.
Experience with Power BI, SAP IBP/APO, S&OP processes or continuous improvement methodologies will be highly regarded.
Experience with SAP APO and/or SAP IBP.
Experience with Power BI, Tableau or similar reporting tools.
Exposure to S&OP or Integrated Business Planning processes.
Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies.
Experience within healthcare, medical devices or another regulated industry.
