The Demand Planner is responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting quantitative and qualitative data to develop accurate demand forecasts that support inventory, capacity, and financial planning decisions.
This role serves as a key liaison among internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment of business assumptions and enabling effective decision-making through demand visibility and forecast accuracy.
This role is strategic, requires proactive analytical thinking, and is key to meeting our objectives across various product groups and a rapidly growing market.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, data modeling, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
Ability to develop and communicate forecast assumptions, risks, opportunities, and business impacts to stakeholders at all organizational levels.
Experience: 3 – 5 years of hands-on experience.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
