Design and execute demand generation campaigns across various platforms, manage customer journeys, and analyze marketing performance in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Design and run full funnel demand gen campaigns across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and organic channels
- Own the customer journey end to end, from first touchpoint through activation, including landing pages, nurture flows, and lifecycle triggers in HubSpot
- Build and manage UTM frameworks, tracking infrastructure, and attribution logic
- Run structured experiments across creative, audience, and messaging
- Collaborate with content and tech/dev teams to align campaign messaging with buyer pain points
- Coordinate with influencer and partnership programs, managing seeding, briefing, and performance tracking
- Report clearly on pipeline contribution, cost per acquisition, and funnel velocity
Requirements
- Experience in demand generation or growth marketing
- Proficiency with Meta, TikTok, YouTube advertising platforms
- Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing automation
- Strong analytical skills and experience with UTM frameworks and attribution
- Ability to run structured experiments and iterate quickly

What you will own
- Design and run full funnel demand gen campaigns across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and organic channels targeting multiple markets and regions.
- Own the customer journey end to end, from first touchpoint through activation, including landing pages, nurture flows, and lifecycle triggers in HubSpot.
- Build and manage UTM frameworks, tracking infrastructure, and attribution logic so we always know what is working and why.
- Run structured experiments across creative, audience, and messaging, and ship learnings quickly into the next iteration.
- Collaborate with content, tech/dev teams to align campaign messaging with real buyer pain points.
- Coordinate with influencer and partnership programs, managing seeding, briefing, and performance tracking.
- Report clearly on pipeline contribution, cost per acquisition, and funnel velocity. No vanity metrics.
