Plan and execute end-to-end demand gen programs across online and offline channels aligned to business goals.
Manage paid social acquisition and continuous testing of audiences, bids, and creative to drive qualified traffic and hand-raisers.

Manage webinar programs, optimizing content, process, execution and follow-up to improve downstream conversion.
Explore new channels and programs to create and capture demand.
Partner with Sales Development to meet lead volume and quality targets.
Build tight feedback loops with marketing, sales, and product to align to quarterly priorities and iterate on messaging and targeting.
Monitor conversion rates and surface insights at each funnel stage by segment, channel, and offer.
Run A/B and multivariate tests across ads, landing pages, and lifecycle emails; document learnings and scale winners.
Oversee the lead lifecycle from capture through sales handoff, ensuring timely nurture, clean ops, and a healthy pipeline.
Manage agencies and contractors with clear briefs, timelines, and budgets, holding partners accountable to outcomes.
Report regularly on campaign performance to senior management, with strategic insights and actionable recommendations.
3–5 years of experience in demand generation or digital marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS.
Experience running a range of demand gen programs, from self-serve to enterprise sales.
Experience partnering with BDRs and sales to coordinate, communicate, and deliver offers and campaigns across the buyer’s journey.
Experience managing third-party vendors, including agencies and contractors.
Curiosity and enthusiasm for testing new channels and techniques.
Strong analytical skills and ease in using data to make decisions and optimize performance.
Strong writing and communication skills for clear messaging and cross-functional collaboration.
A growth mindset that thrives in cultures of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Bonus: hands-on experience with Salesforce and Marketo.
