Responsibilities
- Develop and execute demand generation strategies aligned with organizational growth objectives, revenue targets, and go to market priorities
- Plan, launch, and optimize integrated multi channel marketing campaigns across digital advertising, email marketing, content marketing, SEO, SEM, social media, webinars, events, partner marketing, and ABM initiatives
- Collaborate with sales, product marketing, customer success, revenue operations, business development, creative, and executive leadership to align marketing efforts with pipeline and revenue goals
- Manage lead generation, lead nurturing, marketing automation workflows, lead scoring, segmentation, and lifecycle marketing programs
- Monitor KPIs including MQLs, SQLs, pipeline contribution, CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, CLV, and campaign ROI
- Analyze campaign performance, customer behavior, attribution models, and funnel metrics to identify optimization opportunities
- Develop and execute ABM strategies for target accounts in collaboration with sales and business development teams
- Manage marketing budgets, vendor relationships, agency partnerships, media planning, and campaign execution
- Utilize CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, Google Analytics, Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, Tableau, and BI tools to track performance and generate insights
- Prepare executive dashboards, campaign performance reports, demand forecasts, pipeline analyses, and strategic recommendations for senior leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop demand generation specialists, digital marketers, marketing operations professionals, and cross functional teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Digital Marketing, Commerce, or related field preferred
- 5+ years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, growth marketing, marketing operations, lead generation, or related marketing roles
- 2+ years of experience managing integrated marketing campaigns, demand generation programs, or marketing teams preferred
- Strong understanding of marketing automation, inbound marketing, lead nurturing, ABM, CRM systems, marketing analytics, funnel optimization, and performance marketing
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud), CRM platforms, Google Analytics, Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, Tableau, and business intelligence tools
- Familiarity with SEO, SEM, paid media, content marketing, AI powered marketing tools, predictive analytics, attribution modeling, and CDPs is advantageous
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, project management, organizational, and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, presentation, relationship building, and cross functional collaboration abilities
- Ability to develop scalable demand generation programs that drive qualified pipeline and improve conversion rates
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment

The Role

- 2+ years of experience managing integrated marketing campaigns, demand generation programs, or marketing teams preferred.
