What you will be doing...
Hybrid working (we’re in the office 3 days per week)

Ensure projects are delivered as effectively as possible.
Be responsible for the line management of the Agile Delivery Leads in the UK.
Previously delivered multiple large-scale software development projects for the web.
Managed teams from requirements into teams, through iterative delivery to successful release to production and adoption by end-users.
Experience in a scaled Agile framework, such as SAFe or LeSS is important.
Experienced in Agile coaching, training and improving delivery practices across the Agile Delivery Leads and Software Development teams.
A clear understanding of operating at scale is essential.
