Hands-on working experience in some of the following areas is highly desirable; experience in all areas is not required.
Source-to-contract, procure-to-pay, supplier lifecycle management, and purchasing operations.
Direct procurement and indirect / non-production procurement processes.
Procurement platforms such as SAP MM, SAP S/4HANA Procurement, SAP Ariba, SAP SRM, or equivalent enterprise purchasing solutions.
Requisitions, purchase orders, RFQ / RFP processes, sourcing, contracts, catalogs, approval workflows, and supplier collaboration.
Purchasing master data, invoice matching, spend visibility, reporting, analytics, and compliance controls.
Integration points with Finance, Logistics, Supply Chain Planning, Manufacturing, Production Logistics, and external supplier / EDI interfaces.
Application management services (AMS), ITSM, release management, change management, incident management, problem management, and service transition.
Testing, cutover, defect management, hypercare, training, and business readiness activities.
Data migration, interface integration, workflow automation, and API-based integration across enterprise platforms.
Experience or knowledge in one or more of the following areas is considered a strong advantage:
Finance
Supply chain planning
Logistics / production logistics
Manufacturing operations
IoT
Working experience in some of the current applications and technologies below is desirable. Candidates are not expected to have hands-on experience across the full stack. Mainframe / Mainframe tools are especially valuable good-to-have skills because they support several business-critical and high-usage legacy solutions.
Note: Broad delivery leadership plus working exposure to a relevant subset of the technologies above will still be considered a strong fit for this role.

SLA and KPI targets are met, and service stability, issue resolution, and user satisfaction improve over time.
Stakeholders have clear visibility of roadmap, delivery status, risks, decisions, and dependencies.
The team demonstrates strong competence, engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Cross-functional dependencies are managed effectively, supporting stable end-to-end business operations.
