Role Overview
Lead the successful delivery and governance of enterprise Data and Business Intelligence projects.

Workplace and Employment
- The role is full-time and based onsite at a client office in Dubai.
- The position includes client exposure and consulting opportunities across global markets.
Delivery and Governance
- Lead end-to-end delivery and governance of Data and BI programs and projects within agreed timelines and budgets.
- Own project planning, execution, tracking, risk management, status reporting, RAID management, and decision tracking.
- Coordinate Data Engineering, BI, Infrastructure, Business, vendor, and leadership stakeholders.
Stakeholder and Executive Management
- Prepare and present executive-level reports and dashboards to the IT Head and senior leadership.
- Present project updates, risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans in Steering Committee meetings.
- Escalate issues and blockers promptly and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
Continuous Improvement and Compliance
- Improve project delivery methodologies, governance processes, and operational efficiency.
- Use AI-powered tools to accelerate delivery, automate reporting, improve productivity, and enhance decision-making.
- Ensure adherence to organizational delivery standards, governance frameworks, and compliance requirements.
Required Experience
- 10+ years of experience in IT Delivery or Program Management with significant Data and BI project experience.
- Experience delivering enterprise Data Warehouse, Business Intelligence, Data Engineering, Analytics, or Data Platform initiatives.
- Strong project governance, PMO, stakeholder management, risk management, decision-making, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience presenting project updates to senior leadership and Steering Committees.
Technical Exposure
- Working knowledge of Oracle Database, Cloudera, MySQL, SSRS, Power BI, enterprise data warehousing, or data integration and ETL technologies is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Banking or financial services domain experience is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies is preferred.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or equivalent project management certifications are advantageous.
