Drive planning, prioritisation and coordination of delivery activities to ensure alignment with business objectives and technology roadmaps.
Collaborate with Platform Owners, Solution Leads, engineers and strategic partners to deliver high-quality, innovative and supportable solutions.
Ensure services are reliable, secure, scalable and fit for purpose throughout their lifecycle.
Lead change, release, testing, cutover and service transition activities to ensure successful and seamless implementation.
Drive operational readiness and ensure new capabilities are successfully transitioned into support.
Identify opportunities to improve automation, standardisation, efficiency and service performance across the HR technology landscape.
Monitor and manage risks, issues and dependencies while maintaining alignment with governance, security and compliance requirements.
Champion continuous improvement initiatives that enhance system stability, service quality and customer experience.
Build strong relationships across Group Technology, People & Culture, vendors and business stakeholders to foster collaboration and shared accountability.

You are an experienced technology delivery professional who enjoys working at the intersection of business and technology.
You have strong stakeholder engagement skills, sound judgement and the ability to navigate complex environments while balancing operational continuity, delivery priorities, governance and risk. You are comfortable collaborating across multiple teams and can translate technical requirements into clear business outcomes.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, Project Management or equivalent practical experience.
Relevant professional certifications in the role domain, service management, project delivery or technology governance are desirable.
ITIL Foundation or equivalent service management experience is desirable.
7+ years' experience in information technology, digital services, delivery, operations or a related role.
Experience working in complex enterprise environments with internal teams, business stakeholders and external suppliers.
Experience translating technical, operational or business requirements into practical actions, standards and service outcomes.
Experience supporting governance, reporting, risk management or continuous improvement activities relevant to the Delivery Lead HR role.
Strong understanding of enterprise application services, business processes and service management practices.
Ability to translate business requirements into practical technology outcomes.
Knowledge of change, release, incident and problem management practices.
Strong stakeholder management, facilitation and communication skills.
You are known for your ability to bring people together, solve problems pragmatically and deliver technology outcomes that support both business objectives and operational excellence.
