Role Overview
Serve as product owner and technology lead for the GHR Data Platform.
Define platform strategy, architecture, and delivery for workforce data, analytics, reporting, AI, and integration capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the GHR Databricks platform strategy and roadmap.
- Lead enterprise HR data products and AI-ready datasets.
- Partner with HR Analytics, Reporting, AI, and Data Governance teams.
- Define architecture, engineering standards, security controls, and best practices.
- Manage backlog, priorities, and delivery across global development teams.
- Support workforce-data AI and advanced analytics initiatives.
- Drive platform modernization, scalability, performance, and adoption.
Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics platforms, and cloud-based data solutions.
- Deep expertise with Databricks and modern data platforms.
- Strong experience with Spark, Delta Lake, SQL, Python, and cloud data engineering patterns.
- Experience with HR, workforce, or enterprise business data is preferred.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and product ownership skills.
- Experience leading global teams and delivering large-scale data initiatives.
