• Set clear timelines, schedules, and milestones.

• Define project scope and manage resource budgets.

• Track daily progress and handle task delegation.

• Participate in Team Daily Scrum Calls, Manage RAID Logs

• Take lead in resolving conflicts, manage dependencies, manage releases and triage calls

• Remove roadblocks so developers and testers can work smoothly.

• Guide agile or standard delivery methods.

• Help team members grow through coaching and feedback

• Bring in Transformational thoughts and rollout improvements and AI Automation

• Spot potential project risks early and fix them.

• Oversee design, testing, and deployment stages.

• Enforce quality and security standards before launch

• Share clear status reports with company leaders and clients.

• Manage client expectations and answer questions.

• Keep business goals aligned with technical work.
