Qualifications & Skills

• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in systems engineering, infrastructure engineering, DevOps, or a closely related discipline
• Working knowledge of Windows and Linux systems administration fundamentals
• Familiarity with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Experience with automation and scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python, Terraform, Ansible, or similar)
• Exposure to monitoring, logging, or operational tooling (Prometheus, Grafana, or similar)
• Understanding of virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, or similar)
• Strong engineering fundamentals and problem-solving skills
• Clear communicator who can collaborate across technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Track record of following through on commitments and owning work end-to-end
• Experience working in regulated, security-conscious, or high-availability environments is a plus
• Exposure to MBSE, SysML, or architecture artifacts is beneficial but not required
• Required Education Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field and 4+ years of relevant experience, OR Associate degree in a related field and 6+ years of relevant experience, OR High School Diploma/GED and 8+ years of relevant experience.

Clearance Requirement

• This position may require the ability to obtain a TS/SCI Clearance. To be eligible for a security clearance, U.S. citizenship is required, and an employee must agree to participate in a background screen and credit check. Eligibility for a TS/SCI Clearance will be assessed as part of the onboarding process or based on programmatic needs.

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
• Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities.
