Delivery Responsibilities
- Collect assigned parcels from the warehouse and verify them before leaving for delivery.
- Safely transport and deliver parcels to customers within assigned delivery timelines.
- Handle parcels carefully and deliver them to the correct customers.
- Update delivery status accurately through the required delivery application or system.
- Maintain professional communication and provide good customer service.
- Follow assigned delivery routes and daily operational instructions.
- Report missing, damaged, or undeliverable parcels to the Operations Team immediately.
- Maintain the assigned vehicle and report vehicle-related issues.
- Follow UAE traffic laws, company policies, and safety procedures.
- Achieve daily delivery targets and maintain good attendance and punctuality.
- Handle cash or other payment collections where applicable.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and Operations Team regarding parcel collection and delivery issues.
Working Conditions
- The role involves collecting parcels from the warehouse, loading and transporting parcels, and delivering them to customers.
- The role requires meeting daily operational and delivery targets.
Requirements
- Ability to follow UAE traffic laws, company policies, and safety procedures.
- Ability to meet assigned delivery timelines and daily delivery targets.
