We are seeking an experienced Delivery & Assembly Supervisor to assess the quality and performance of our furniture delivery and assembly operations.

This role is critical in ensuring customer satisfaction, contractor accountability, and operational excellence across all delivery teams.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience as a furniture delivery and assembly contractor and possess the expertise to validate and manage third-party contractor performance.

• Contractor Validation & Onboarding Evaluate and validate the qualifications, experience, and work quality of new delivery contractors, drivers, and assembly helpers before engagement Develop and implement standardized assessment criteria for contractor performance evaluation

• Quality Assurance & Ride-Along Audits Conduct regular ride-along observations with delivery and assembly teams to assess performance, identify gaps, and ensure compliance with company standards Document observations and provide detailed performance feedback to contractors and internal teams Monitor safe handling practices, customer interactions, and assembly accuracy during field visits
