As the Deli Specialist , you will provide deli department excellence, ensuring product freshness, merchandising accuracy, and compliance with food safety standards.

This role embodies passion, excellence, hospitality, and teamwork, delivering an exceptional guest experience while maintaining operational integrity.

You will support deli inventory accuracy, ensure rotation standards, and presentation, while supporting guest engagement and department readiness for promotions and seasonal events.

• Ensure all deli products meet freshness and quality standards, including proper rotation and dating.
• Execute planograms and maintain accurate product placement and signage.
• Coordinate with department leadership on ordering and replenishment of deli items.
• Verify deliveries for accuracy and freshness, ensuring proper receiving and storage procedures.
• Play a key role in compliance during key item transitions and promotional events.
• Execute planograms and maintain accurate product placement and signage.
• Follow all TFM policies, food safety requirements, and sanitation procedures.
