While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or listen. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to outside weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet, but employees will occasionally be working in a noisy construction environment where hearing protection is required.

A minimum of 10 years experience in project management or supervisory positions in similar government facilities operations and maintenance. Background in quality control, safety or environmental management a plus

Project Management Professional Certification

Proven Results in cost estimation and subcontractor management

Strong analytical and organizational skills

Thorough working knowledge of all codes and regulations

Superior oral and written communication skills

Requires excellent verbal, written, multi-tasking and presentation skills. Ability to create momentum and foster organizational change.

Computer literacy including a working knowledge of MS Project and the MS Office Suite, and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)

Able to coordinate and direct personnel, lead teams, and work independently with minimal guidance or supervision.

Ability to obtain/maintain a security clearance

A bachelor’s degree from an ABET-accredited college is a plus
