Company Description

  • Ultric Motors is an indigenous electric automobile manufacturer focused on sustainable new energy vehicles for mass transportation.
  • The company specializes in producing electric buses designed to deliver low total cost of ownership and reliable performance.

Role Description

  • Build and expand Ultric Motors’ dealer network in key markets.
  • Identify and onboard new dealerships, develop dealership performance strategies, and maintain strong relationships with existing partners.
  • Set dealership sales and service targets, monitor performance metrics, and coordinate support to ensure brand standards and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to align dealership initiatives with product, marketing, and R&D roadmaps.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Lead and mentor a team, oversee projects related to network expansion, and provide regular reports and recommendations to senior leadership.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills and experience in market assessment, data driven decision making, and performance tracking.
  • Team Management and Team Leadership skills to guide, motivate, and develop dealership support teams and cross functional collaborators.
  • Project Management skills for planning, executing, and monitoring dealership development initiatives within timelines and budgets.
  • Exposure to Research and Development (R&D) or close collaboration with technical teams to align dealership strategies with product capabilities and future launches.
  • Relevant experience in dealership network development, automotive or electric vehicle industry, and partner relationship management is highly beneficial.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field; an advanced degree or specialized training in automotive or EV business management is an advantage.
  • Proven ability to work on site in a dynamic environment, travel as needed for dealership visits, and adapt to evolving business and market conditions.
