About the role
Deal Analyst supporting active M&A mandates through financial analysis, market research, and due diligence coordination.
The role is based in a MENA expansion hub and covers cross-border deal flow between the Gulf states, Africa, and North America.
The analyst works alongside senior advisors and AI research agents to accelerate deal timelines.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain DCF, LBO, and comparable company financial models.
- Prepare confidential information memoranda and investor presentations.
- Conduct industry and competitive landscape research.
- Manage virtual data rooms and coordinate third-party due diligence.
- Analyze acquisition targets and prepare screening memos.
- Prepare targeted buyer lists and communication materials for outreach.
- Work with AI analytics agents to improve valuation accuracy and speed.
Required qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in investment banking, transaction advisory, or corporate finance.
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling proficiency.
- Strong research and analytical thinking skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
