About the Role
Seeking a skilled AI/ML Engineer with hands-on experience in Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Agentic AI to build scalable, enterprise-grade AI solutions. The role involves working across the AI lifecycle, from solution design and model development to deployment and business adoption.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions aligned with business objectives.
Build and optimize GenAI applications leveraging LLMs, RAG architectures, and AI agents.
Develop intelligent workflows and autonomous agents to automate business processes.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, and engineers to identify and implement AI use cases.
Evaluate, fine-tune, and monitor ML and GenAI models for performance and reliability.
Develop reusable frameworks, accelerators, and best practices for AI adoption.
Support production deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of AI solutions.
Mandatory skills & experience
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
6-8 years of experience in AI/ML solution development and deployment.
Strong expertise in Python and machine learning development.
Hands-on experience with supervised and unsupervised machine learning techniques.
