Role Overview
Alleanza Healthcare is seeking a qualified and experienced DCAS-licensed Paramedic.
The role provides advanced pre-hospital emergency care, patient stabilization, and safe transportation.
Assignments may include project sites, events, and emergency locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to emergency and non-emergency medical calls.
- Assess patients and determine appropriate treatment.
- Provide advanced life support and pre-hospital emergency care within the approved scope of practice.
- Manage airway, trauma, cardiac, and other critical emergencies.
- Administer approved medications and perform emergency procedures under DCAS protocols.
- Stabilize and transport patients to appropriate healthcare facilities.
- Operate and maintain ambulance equipment, medical devices, medicines, and supplies.
- Coordinate with EMTs, ambulance drivers, hospitals, and emergency-control teams.
- Complete patient care reports and required documentation accurately.
- Follow DCAS protocols, infection-control standards, and company policies.
- Provide medical coverage for events and project sites.
- Participate in drills, training, audits, and continuing professional development.
Requirements
- Valid DCAS Paramedic licence or eligibility.
- Recognized diploma or bachelor’s degree in Paramedicine or Emergency Medical Services.
- Valid BLS and ACLS certifications.
- PALS and PHTLS or ITLS certifications are preferred.
- Relevant pre-hospital, ambulance, emergency, or event medical experience.
- Strong clinical judgement and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient-care skills.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Availability to join immediately or within a short notice period.
Pay
- Compensation is AED 7,000–AED 8,000 per month.
Work Location
- The work location is in person.
- The role may provide coverage at project sites, events, and emergency locations.
