Responsibilities
- Coordinate with providers and distribution centres to maintain batch control.
- Investigate and resolve stakeholder issues while ensuring quality control.
- Ensure inventory management principles are followed.
- Oversee ad hoc requirements and rework.
- Assist with dangerous goods compliance for storage and transport.
- Manage customer questions and queries.
- Generate weekly reporting and regular stocktake counts.
- Manage incoming and outgoing stock, returns, and deliveries.
