Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage enterprise database environments and operations.
- Design and maintain high-availability and disaster-recovery solutions.
- Perform installations, upgrades, migrations, patching, and maintenance.
- Monitor and optimize database performance, availability, scalability, and security.
- Implement backup, recovery, replication, clustering, and failover solutions.
- Troubleshoot critical incidents, conduct root-cause analysis, and establish database governance.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, application, and security teams on business-critical systems.
- Mentor database administrators and engineers and support capacity planning and database growth strategies.
