ADES seeks a Day Tool Pusher to supervise drilling operations on offshore rigs in Doha. The role requires 12+ years of drilling experience, including as Assistant Driller and Driller, with offshore experience.

Responsibilities
- Supervise and control drilling operations during day shift
- Ensure safety of personnel, equipment, and efficiency of operations
- Plan and schedule all drilling and associated activity
- Ensure well control requirements are in place
- Assist OIM in ensuring sufficient stock of parts and materials
- Maintain proper logs and records, submit required reports
- Mentor, develop and train team members
Requirements
- Minimum 12 years of working experience in drilling and workover operations
- Minimum 1 year in current position as Tool Pusher
- Must have working experience on Offshore rigs
- High School or Vocational/Technical Qualification
- Intermediate level in English language
- Valid Well Control (Well Sharp / IADC) Certificate

Job Summary
- Supervise and control the entire drilling operations activities during the day shift, ensuring the successful completion of the well and drilling activities while liaising closely with OIM considering the safety of personnel, the environment, and equipment to maximize drilling operation efficiency.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Ensures the safety of personnel, equipment, and the efficiency of operations on the drill floor.
- Plans and schedules all drilling and associated activity.
- Ensures any deviation from client well plan is approved by OIM.
- Consult with OIM/Night Tool pusher and Client’s Representative.
- Relieve the Driller at the Driller’s console as required.
- Ensures by pre planning that all necessary equipment is ready.
- Assists & supervises drilling crew at the worksite.
- Operates the drilling unit with strict adherence to company manuals.
- Ensure well control requirements are in place.
- Plans & monitors comprehensive well control parameters.
- Maintains and regularly tests well control equipment.
- Perform all well control calculations.
Job Requirements
- Minimum education level: High School or Vocational/Technical Qualification
- Minimum twelve (12) years of working experience in drilling and workover operations
- Minimum one (1) year in the current position
- Must have working experience on Offshore rigs
- Intermediate level in English language (written & spoken)
- PC literate in Microsoft Office
- Advanced Mathematical skills
- Valid Well Control (Well Sharp / IADC) Certificate
Physical Requirements
- Regularly climbing (stairs, ladders)
- Regularly bending, twisting, and standing
- Ability to work outdoors under all extreme weather conditions
- Ability to work up to 12 hours/day during his shift
