Day Program Support Specialist / DSP

At ECHO , we're hiring compassionate, reliable team members to support adults with disabilities in our LIFE Day Support Program in Leesburg, VA.

👉 Monday–Friday only (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM)

👉 No nights. No weekends. No shift work.

👉 Consistent schedule every week

You'll spend your day helping adults with disabilities live meaningful, engaging lives:

Support individuals in daily activities, life skills, and personal goals

Lead or assist with fun, engaging activities (art, music, games, community outings)

Provide encouragement, structure, and positive support

Assist with personal care when needed (with dignity and respect)

Help create a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment

Track progress and celebrate successes
