Role overview
Leru Partners is seeking a data centre specialist for a transformation mandate based in Dubai.
The role focuses on Day 2 operations, operational readiness, commissioning, and testing.
The successful candidate will support transformation and optimisation of live data centre operations.
Operational focus
- Support commissioning, testing, and operational readiness.
- Manage transition and handover into live operations.
- Develop Day 2 operating models and processes.
- Improve reliability, uptime, and operational performance.
- Optimise PUE, cooling, and power usage.
- Support BMS, SCADA, and DCIM integration.
- Apply predictive maintenance and anomaly detection.
- Improve real-time performance visibility and standardise practices across sites.
- Drive data- and AI-enabled operational improvement.
Candidate background
- Strong experience across data centre Day 2 operations, operational readiness, commissioning, and testing is sought.
- Candidates should understand commissioning, handover, stabilisation, and ongoing optimisation in live facilities.
- Relevant backgrounds include data centre operations, commissioning, engineering, project delivery, and operational readiness.
