Davenergy Solutions is currently seeking a full-time Electrical Design Engineer to support electrical engineering and design services for healthcare infrastructure projects.

This role is primarily focused on healthcare facilities, including hospitals, laboratories, clean rooms, medical office buildings, and other clinical environments, while also supporting additional facility types as required.

This position is responsible for producing electrical design layouts, performing engineering analysis, and developing construction documents for new construction and renovation projects.

The selected applicant must be a licensed Electrical Professional Engineer (P.E.) and capable of stamping and sealing electrical drawings.

This is a fully remote position, with limited travel required for site inspections and field assessments.

• Produce electrical design layouts and construction documents for healthcare facilities (hospitals, laboratories, clean rooms, etc.)
• Perform electrical feasibility studies, load calculations, and power system analyses
• Design low- and medium-voltage electrical distribution systems, including normal, emergency, and critical power systems
• Develop and review electrical one-line diagrams, panel schedules, specifications, and design narratives
• Conduct site surveys and existing condition assessments for renovation and retrofit projects
• Perform or support arc flash studies and electrical system coordination analyses
• Coordinate with mechanical, commissioning, and multidisciplinary design teams
• Provide construction-phase engineering support, including submittal reviews, RFIs, and field observations
