Responsibilities
- Oversee day to day operation, monitoring, maintenance, and management of critical data center infrastructure
- Ensure maximum availability of power, cooling and facility systems
- Lead operational teams and maintain compliance with organizational standards and SLA requirements
- Manage incidents, problems, and changes
- Manage vendors and ensure service delivery
- Ensure compliance and governance
- Manage capacity and availability
- Drive continuous service improvement (CSI)
- Provide team leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Engineering
- ITIL Foundation V4.0 or 3.0
- Project Management professional
- Schneider Electric Data Center Certified Associate (DCCA)
- 5+ years of experience in data center operations management
- Minimum 2–3 years in a supervisory or team lead role
- Experience in Tier III / Tier IV environments
- Driving license is must

Key Education and Technical Qualification
- Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Engineering
- ITIL Foundation V4.0 or 3.0
- Project Management professional
- Schneider Electric Data Center Certified Associate (DCCA)
- 5+ years of experience in data center operations management
- Minimum 2–3 years in a supervisory or team lead role
- Experience in Tier III / Tier IV environments
- Driving license is must
