- Lead the design and development of Tier III/Tier IV data center facilities
- Oversee critical power, cooling, networking, and security infrastructure designs
- Develop technical specifications, design standards, and capacity planning models
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with Uptime Institute, TIA 942, BICSI, ASHRAE, and other industry standards
- Conduct design reviews, risk assessments, and value engineering exercises
- Support project execution from concept design through commissioning and handover
Requirements
- Experience in leading design and development of Tier III/Tier IV data center facilities
- Knowledge of critical power, cooling, networking, and security infrastructure designs
- Familiarity with Uptime Institute, TIA 942, BICSI, ASHRAE, and other industry standards
- Experience in design reviews, risk assessments, and value engineering
- Ability to coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders
