Job Description: Millennial Software is seeking a Database Engineer to join our team.

You will be responsible for designing, implementing, optimizing, and maintaining database infrastructure supporting Object-Based Intelligence (OBI) mission requirements, enterprise ontologies, and knowledge graph platforms.

Our ideal candidate is an experienced Database Engineer who can develop scalable data architectures across relational, graph, and semantic database technologies while maintaining high standards for performance, security, availability, and data integrity.

You will work closely with ontology engineers, software developers, data architects, data scientists, analysts, and Government stakeholders to translate mission requirements into effective database and data integration solutions.

This role will support Semantic Web technologies, knowledge graphs, and AI/ML-enabled analytics across structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data environments.

• Design, implement, administer, and optimize relational, graph, and semantic database environments supporting mission requirements.
• Develop logical and physical data models supporting ontologies, taxonomies, knowledge graphs, and enterprise metadata management.
• Design scalable database architectures utilizing Semantic Web technologies, including RDF triple stores, graph databases, and SPARQL endpoints.
• Develop and maintain ETL/ELT processes to integrate data from diverse enterprise sources into knowledge management platforms.
