Role Description
- The Owner role at SalesAgents AI is a full time, remote position responsible for leading the overall direction, growth, and performance of the business.
- On a day to day basis, the Owner sets strategic priorities, defines goals, and oversees planning for product, sales, and operations.
- This role manages key partnerships, builds and maintains relationships with customers and stakeholders, and makes decisions on resource allocation and budget.
- The Owner monitors performance metrics, identifies opportunities for improvement, and ensures that the company’s offerings align with market needs.
- Regular activities also include guiding hiring decisions, fostering a positive, inclusive remote work culture, and ensuring compliance with relevant legal, financial, and data protection standards.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in business ownership, entrepreneurship, or senior leadership within a technology or SaaS environment.
