Role Description

  • The Owner role at SalesAgents AI is a full time, remote position responsible for leading the overall direction, growth, and performance of the business.
  • On a day to day basis, the Owner sets strategic priorities, defines goals, and oversees planning for product, sales, and operations.
  • This role manages key partnerships, builds and maintains relationships with customers and stakeholders, and makes decisions on resource allocation and budget.
  • The Owner monitors performance metrics, identifies opportunities for improvement, and ensures that the company’s offerings align with market needs.
  • Regular activities also include guiding hiring decisions, fostering a positive, inclusive remote work culture, and ensuring compliance with relevant legal, financial, and data protection standards.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in business ownership, entrepreneurship, or senior leadership within a technology or SaaS environment.
  • Strong skills in strategic planning, business development, and market analysis to guide company growth and product direction.
  • Proficiency in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and interpreting financial reports for informed decision making.
  • Experience in sales leadership, customer relationship management, and building scalable revenue processes.
  • Understanding of AI, software development, or digital product lifecycles, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills in a fully remote, cross functional setting.
  • Proven ability to hire, develop, and lead diverse teams while fostering an inclusive, performance oriented culture.
  • Comfort with remote collaboration tools and distributed work practices; ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field is helpful; equivalent experience in founding or scaling a company is highly valued.
